1. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days, without justification. In this case, the consumer shall return the product to its original condition, within the above-mentioned deadline, which begins upon receipt of the products. There is no financial burden on the consumer to withdraw, except for what is stated in this policy. Exercising the right of withdrawal is possible in case the product has not been used, except for testing it; no parts of the product have been removed (e.g. no parts have been removed from the watch bracelet); generally, no pieces of the product have been removed, no changes to the jewellery have been made, nor do they show any damage. In addition, store cards, product labels, and the packaging that accompany the product should not be removed or damaged. Upon withdrawal, the product is returned in the same package as received and all accompanying documents (e.g. warranty, instructions for use, proof of purchase) must be returned with it. The consumer must complete and include in the return package the relevant withdrawal form that has received along with his/her order. In case of withdrawal, you are invited to send to the email address info@tsinekidis.gr an e-mail with the subject “Return-Withdrawal”, in which you shall also mention the order number related to the withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not exist in the case of orders of products for which personalization has taken place (e.g. wedding rings) or products that are not included in the product list of TSINEKIDIS store.

  1. Right to return and/or replacement of the product

The consumer has the following rights, in the case that the product that he/she received has a real defect or there is a lack of agreed quality; the consumer has the right to request either the repair of the product or its replacement or the reduction of the price (proportional to the defect) or withdrawal from the sale. The repair or the replacement of the product can be requested by the consumer and get done without financial burden, in case the order has been executed incorrectly; specifically, in case the received product is different (either in kind or in quantity) from that of his order or in case of a defective product. Returning of replacing the product can be made, provided that the consumer has contacted the store within 24 hours of receipt of the product at 00302510230303 or via email at info@tsinekidis.gr, in order to report the problem, to make his/her request and get approval for the return/replacement. In case of email communication, the subject of the message shall be “return or replacement request” and the order number shall be indicated as well. Exercising the above rights is possible if the product, for which the return/replacement was approved, has not been used and is returned in the same package and in the same condition as received. All accompanying product documents (e.g. warranty, instructions for use, proof of purchase) shall be returned with it. Returns are made with financial burden of the store, provided that the consumer uses the courier company that the store will indicate to him/her during the communication or in person at the physical store. In case of choosing a different way of return (e.g. different transport company), the return is made with financial burden of the customer.

“TSINEKIDIS” store is not liable for possible losses or damages of products, during the transfer of the return (regarding the above-mentioned cases A. and B.). In case the store receives the returned products damaged or in case the products are not in the initial condition, as sent, it reserves the right to either reject the return or to claim compensation (e.g. for repair costs). The amount of compensation, which is determined according to the condition of the returned products, can be offset unilaterally towards the claim of the consumer; that is to be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
